Dr. Gily Meir is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), and the Research Director for the Sport Psychology Department at JFK School of Psychology at National University. Gily studies the connection between cognitions, emotions, and performance in an effort to learn and enhance individual's ability to self-regulate. Gily, an advocate of the researcher-practitioner approach, consults athletes and coaches of different levels, ages, and sports as well as trains and supervises graduate students training to become mental performance consultant.
